Job Description Job Description Description Summary of the Opportunity Seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to support and grow its aerospace fastener business. This role owns an established book of business while actively developing new customer relationships, with a strong focus on becoming each customer’s trusted, go-to supplier for fasteners and related components. The position plays a critical role in driving revenue, strengthening long-term customer partnerships, and delivering profitable, compliant solutions in a fast-paced aerospace environment. The Account Manager serves as the primary commercial interface between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Success in this role requires deep knowledge of the aerospace fastener supply base, strong quoting and sourcing capabilities, and the ability to understand and manage customer flow-down requirements. Daily responsibilities center on managing the full quote-to-order lifecycle, ensuring responsiveness, accuracy, and value-added solutions while balancing pricing, lead time, and inventory investment considerations. Winning in this role has a high strategic impact on the business. By expanding share of wallet within existing accounts, capturing new aerospace customers, and improving quote turnaround and win rates, the Account Manager directly contributes to revenue growth, customer retention, and supply chain efficiency. This position is instrumental in strengthening the market position, supplier partnerships, and reputation as a reliable, solution-oriented aerospace fastener provider. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
