Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Support analytical data needs for the assigned business unit and
handle complex data requests
Manage cross-functional activities related to large-scale analytic
projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery
Develop and lead activities to achieve strategic department goals
and communicate these to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a data-related field
8+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
Advanced SQL and Microsoft Access skills, with knowledge of
relational databases and data reporting tools
Understanding of health insurance business and claims payment
procedures
Master's degree and supervisory experience preferred
