Job DetailsJob Location: Water of Life Community Church-Church Campus - Fontana, CAPosition Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $31,320.00 - $48,547.50Description* This is a Part-Time 20 hours per week position. May be required to work evenings and weekends. Licensed Minister position.Responsible for providing leadership on safety and security matters, ensuring alignment with WOL Vision and Values, and establishing goals and strategies for the Campus Safety ministry. Oversees safety policies, collaborates with ministry teams, evaluates ministry health, manages budgets, and fosters growth through feedback and benchmarks. Responsible for communication, recruitment, training, and scheduling of ministry members. Manages access control, background checks, security inspections, investigations, and liaises with law enforcement. Supports technology, children's ministry, and school security. • Degree in related field
• Certificate in Biblical Studies or equivalent, or graduate of School of Ministry at Water of Life (or willing to complete)
• 5 years in law enforcement and investigations; 2 years in active lay leadership
• Strategic management skills including managing people, departments, planning, and budgets
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate office technology skills
• 3+ years experience in recruiting, leading, training, and supervising volunteers
• Ability to develop ministry models using servant leadership aligned with Ephesians 4:11-13
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Licensed to carry a concealed weapon; ability to obtain a California guard card and open carry permit
• Ability to resolve issues per Matthew 18
• Strong Christian role model, demonstrating a growing walk with Christ and Biblical lifestyle
• Personal commitment to WOL's values and mission, membership, participation in small groups, regular attendance, and tithing
• Satisfactory background check
