California to meet the multi-dimensional needs of our youth. New
Haven is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting at-risk
youth and families. Our Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS)
program provides Medi-Cal funded, in-home behavioral services to
children and adolescents in Riverside and San Diego Counties. We
are seeking a licensed clinical professional (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or
Psychologist) to join our team as a TBS Clinical Supervisor. This
role involves supervising TBS coaches, conducting assessments, and
providing leadership to ensure high-quality behavioral services. A
valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client homes
and county offices are required. Key Responsibilities: Conduct TBS
assessments with clients in homes, schools, or community settings
Provide individual and group supervision to Bachelor’s and Master’s
level TBS coaches Assist in developing and facilitating in-service
trainings for staff Collaborate with families, caregivers, and
treatment teams to support youth success Serve clients throughout
San Diego County, Southern Orange County, and Riverside County
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical
Director Qualifications: Master’s degree in a related field (MA/MS)
required Doctoral degree in a related field (PhD) preferred
Licensed LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Psychologist in the State of
California required Ability to pass DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse Index
background checks Two years post-license experience and/or
post-master’s management experience preferred but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
and other office software Valid California driver’s license,
personal auto insurance, and clean driving record in accordance
with agency policy Medi-Cal billing, documentation, and charting
experience preferred but not required Bilingual in Spanish is a
plus, but not required New Haven Youth and Family Services is an

drug-free workplace and a non-smoking facility. Compensation
details: 75000-90000 Yearly Salary
