Job Description Job Description Title: Crimp Technician Location: 1562 Reynolds Ave, Irvine California 92614 Shift: 1st shift 6am - 2:30pm (Monday - Friday) 2nd Shift 2pm - 10:30pm (Monday - Friday) Pay Rate: $21 - $23.10/hr on W2. Description: Join a growing medical device manufacturing team in Irvine! We’re seeking a detail-oriented Crimp Technician with strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on production experience. What You’ll Do: Set up, operate & maintain automated equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues & clear machine stoppages Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure quality standards Follow GMP & SOP guidelines in a clean manufacturing environment Support production, process validation & new product transfers What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or associate degree 2–4 years of manufacturing/assembly experience Experience with automated machinery & precision measurement tools Strong attention to detail & ability to work independently
