Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workplace Services Technologies
Analyst Senior.
Key Responsibilities
Lead second level support for end users, ensuring incident
resolution and accurate incident logs
Coordinate and support new and ongoing projects, including training
and installation of technologies
Monitor enterprise applications and assist in testing new
applications while providing guidance to team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or five years of equivalent
experience
Minimum of five years' related IT experience, including two years
supporting end user technologies
At least one year of experience leading or contributing to IT
projects
Knowledge of troubleshooting computer hardware and software
