Job Description:
A company is looking for a Franchise Business Consultant to
assist franchisees in building successful and profitable
businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Develop beneficial business relationships and foster teamwork among
franchisees to achieve targets and goals
Conduct annual business reviews with franchisees to establish and
assist in implementing growth and profitability goals
Analyze franchisee performance to identify opportunities for sales
and profitability improvements and recommend operational
enhancements
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in retail business planning and franchise
growth
Strong track record of creating beneficial business partnerships
and collaborating effectively
Ability to think strategically and analyze business performance for
growth opportunities
Understanding of financial drivers and market conditions affecting
franchise operations
Preferred: Five or more years of experience in retail tire and
automotive service management
