Job Description:
A company is looking for an Electrical Engineering Consultant
for Data Center Due Diligence.
Key Responsibilities
Support due diligence by assessing the target company's PDUs and
STS for performance and reliability
Provide technical leadership by optimizing device performance and
identifying risks in the target's architecture
Evaluate operational readiness for growth and deliver reports to
inform acquisition decisions
Required Qualifications
Prior experience with firms like Siemens, ABB, or Eaton
Deep knowledge of energy flow in industrial facilities, especially
data centers
Hands-on experience with PDUs and STS design or optimization
Leadership experience in general management and operational
roles
Proficiency in evaluating software/firmware for operational
interfaces
