Logistics (IBL) oversees global shipments from over 20 countries
into distribution centers (DC's) in 7 countries and growing every
year. The team is responsible for all aspects of inbound operations
from time of hand over of the goods from lululemon's Finished Goods
Vendors globally and to arrival of goods at global DC's. The team
is located across the globe in Asia and North America. The team is
directly responsible for the cost control, on-time performance,
Freight Audit and Pay and network planning for all inbound lanes.
The team manages well over a $300 million spend. a day in the
life
- Track and monitor OS&D claims to resolution
- Prepare and present OS&D claims findings to Manager + Sr.
Level team members
- Coordinate with 4PL and 3PL Service Providers on OS&D +
outstanding claims requiring resolution
- Investigate and file intent and formal claims
- Lead + attend weekly calls with service providers to address
matters relating operational performance and claims
- Track and trace of Air + Ocean shipments
- KPI/SLA reporting for lululemon inbound operations and
providers
- Meet with and internal distribution center partners
- Utilize Power BI and GTN(Infor)
- Monitor Milestones in GTN for accuracy qualifications
- Associates Degree (Bachelor's Degree Preferred)
- 3 years of logistics operations experience
- 3 years of experience related to OS&D claims filing
process
- 3 years of experience international experience within
logistics
- Knowledge of general accounting principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to
detail
- Proficiency working with MS Office and experience of using
Infor/GT Nexus. Strong use within excel (VBA/modeling)
- Ability to manage both day-to-day operations and claims
compliance
- Ability to work independently and in a team, ability to develop
solid working relationship with internal and external stake
holders

Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon's compensation
offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that
recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical
hiring range for this position is from $63,900-83,900 annually; the
base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending
on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
