Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Services Solutions
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with customers and sales teams to gather service
requirements and propose solutions
Develop and present statements of work (SOWs) and proposals,
identifying revenue opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs and manage
services-only opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in a technology environment, preferably in services,
sales, or customer success; 3 years in a SaaS business
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to sales
opportunities
Prior Professional Services experience or knowledge of validated
environments is a plus
Ability to travel up to 10%
