(HCM).
Key Responsibilities
Provide proactive technical support and business solution
implementation for Oracle HCM Cloud
Facilitate customer relationships and resolve post-sales
inquiries
Develop automated technology to diagnose and resolve customer
issues
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience with HCM solutions and 3+ years with Oracle
Cloud HCM implementations/support
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven professional/technical experience with applications at a
functional and technical level
