Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Analyst who is
responsible for auditing and reviewing documentation related to
medical charges.
Key Responsibilities
Audit and review documentation and charge capturing workflows for
efficiency and effectiveness
Coordinate and conduct audit interviews with third-party payers
regarding patient bills
Review medical records to support appeals for clinical and
technical denials
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience accepted
Five years of current related experience in an acute care facility
or four years in Radiation Oncology
RN, coder, or equivalent clinical documentation background
RN or Certified Coding (CCS, CPC)
