In this role, you will create long term plans (months in advance) as well as short term plans (days, weeks in advance) to develop coherent, logical, and appropriately scoped events. Additonally this role is responsible to align software state with desired government test objectives, coordinate air operations on a government-owned range and airspace and integrate software with hardware systems. -Qualifications:

• Strong software background with hardware integration experience.
• Essential experience with operational testing.
• Experience coordinating air operations on a government-owned range and airspace.
• Excellent briefing and presentation skills; able to deliver technical information to a mixed government and vendor audience.
• Facilitate communication with test range facilities to ensure coordination is on track prior to test events.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance. -
• Prior experience in uniformed or civilian service within a military department, ideally in an RDTE environment.Preferred Qualifications: -
• TS/SCI clearance is highly desirable.
• FAA Part 107 license is highly desirable.Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with 9 years of experience in software, hardware systems integration and test, with experience in autonomous platforms desired. Operational experience in uniformed or civilian government service is a plus.
• Master's Degree with 7 years of experience in software, hardware systems integration and test, with experience in autonomous platforms desired. Operational experience in uniformed or civilian government service is a plus.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. - - -In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California is $178,500.00 MIN - $232,000.00 MAX. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
