Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recovery Resolution Specialist to
join their Yield Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send collection letters to providers following
established guidelines
Follow up on outstanding claims by contacting providers to verify
receipt and obtain status
Investigate claim disputes and escalate issues as needed while
providing necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent education
1 to 3 years of prior collections or customer service experience
required
Billing or coding experience preferred
Required knowledge of Microsoft applications
