Key Responsibilities
Hire, inspire, and manage a growing team of data analysts
Partner with various business functions to define the direction of
the data team and drive results
Track and communicate KPIs through central reporting and data
liberalization
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in data leadership with a proven track
record in building high-functioning data teams
Understanding of various technology stacks and proficiency in
different tools and languages
Ability to simplify complex data and explain it to diverse
stakeholders
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Motivated by the mission to improve mental healthcare access and
affordability
