A company is looking for a Retail Mortgage Loan Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and review necessary application loan documentation
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory rules
Promote mortgage products and maintain relationships with clients
and realtors
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Current or previous loan officer experience
Product knowledge and understanding of the mortgage business
Proven ability to cultivate relationships with realtors and other
professionals
Strong negotiation skills and a passion for closing deals
Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office
products
