A company is looking for a Digital & Motion Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Produce high-volume digital ads across various platforms while
ensuring alignment with performance marketing best practices
Develop motion and static creative assets using tools such as Adobe
After Effects, Figma, and Illustrator
Ideate and present creative concepts to clients, incorporating
feedback and ensuring quality assurance on deliverables
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in digital advertising, with a preference
for performance marketing experience
2+ years of experience in an agency environment
Strong portfolio showcasing innovative digital ad concepts and
performance-driven design solutions
Expert-level proficiency in motion design and digital production
tools
Deep knowledge of performance-focused ad design for paid media
channels
