Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive experiences for trust and safety products,
ensuring clarity and compliance
Use empathy and data to inform content strategies and conduct
audits to enhance user experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create consistent
messaging that aligns with user needs and product voice
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in user-focused content design, particularly
in Trust and Safety, Privacy, or Security
Bachelor's degree in human-centered design or a related field, or
equivalent experience
A portfolio showcasing creativity and experience in content design
and product strategy
Experience with generative AI tools for ideation and solution
development
Ability to mentor and lead content design initiatives
