Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Support Coordinator
(part-time) to provide support to clients and internal teams
regarding product issues and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding client support and maintain expertise over
product offerings and technologies
Coordinate onboarding support and handle post-onboarding client
requests, ensuring timely responses
Manage emergency communications and assist with facilitator swaps
and coverage logistics
Required Qualifications
Experience in a client helpdesk or support function
Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills
Experience in program implementation or event logistics
Technical proficiency with SaaS products and client support
systems
Ability to adapt and problem-solve in real time
