Job Description:
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to promote and
educate patients on medication management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct health and medication reviews with patients and collect key
health information
Ensure accurate data entry of patient prescription information and
achieve performance metrics
Educate patients and facilities about services, manage patient
assessments, and support Clinical Services team
Required Qualifications
Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred
Home Internet with at least 15 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload
Ability to work Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8 PM EST,
with occasional Saturday shifts
Minimum of 6 months in the current role and completion of training
sessions
