Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Visual Designer who will drive
creative output and lead design projects.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the highest standards of visual design are met across
projects
Provide direction and mentorship to design teams while
collaborating with cross-functional teams
Maintain direct contact with clients, guiding them through the
design process
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Visual and UI Design, focusing on digital
experiences
Expertise in Figma for creating and maintaining design systems
Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive
design
Strong foundational design skills in hierarchy, color theory, and
photography
Experience with pitches or industry events is a plus
