Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Associate to support
the Client Success Team by engaging with physician practices.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain client relations by overseeing all account activity
Identify and cultivate relationships with physician practices to
drive partnership value
Proactively manage customer success and review client performance
regularly
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or
customer management
Ability to establish credibility with clinical decision makers
History of building relationships with healthcare professionals
Highly adaptable to different systems and software
