Job Description:
A company is looking for a Condo Approval Production
Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Assist origination staff with requesting condominium documents and
entering information into Project Tracker
Prepare files by reviewing condominium document requests and
contacting HOA/property managers for additional documentation
Monitor and follow up on pending condo document requests in Project
Tracker
Required Qualifications
Current product knowledge of condominium review processes for
various loan programs
Demonstrated working knowledge of federal and state guidelines such
as RESPA, TILA, HMDA
2+ years' experience in condo document collection or equivalent
roles
Proficient with Encompass or other mortgage loan origination
systems
High School Diploma or equivalent
