is currently seeking an Assembly Operator for our Los Angeles, CA
location. Hyperion is constantly looking for talented,
self-motivated, skilled team members to join our team. Reporting to
the Production Supervisor, this position plays an integral part in
meticulously assembling parts or components to exact
specifications, contributing to the efficient production of
high-quality finished products. By executing assembly tasks with
precision and adhering to safety and quality standards, this
position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of
the manufacturing process and the delivery of products that meet or
exceed customer expectations. Primary Responsibilities: Assembly: o
Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and
specifications. o Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to
assemble parts or components. o Adhere to assigned production
schedules and meet or exceed daily production targets. Quality
Control: o Inspect parts for defects or irregularities and ensure
they meet quality standards. o Collaborate with internal team to
determine root cause of a problem and assist in implementing
corrective actions. o Participate in quality improvement
initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, increasing
efficiency, and reducing waste. Work Area Maintenance: o Maintain,
organize, and clean equipment and work area to ensure safety and
efficiency. o Notify supervisor when faulty equipment or defective
materials are discovered. Safety Compliance: o Adhere to all safety
policies and procedures, including the wearing of appropriate
personal protective equipment. o Help leadership identify areas of
improvement to establish innovative or adjust existing work
procedures and practices. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • 1
to 2 years of experience with Assembly work preferred. • Ability to
safely use and lift equipment weighing up to 35 pounds. • Regular
and prompt attendance required. Capabilities: Adaptability: o

Identifies safety issues and problems by checking equipment and/or
work area regularly. o Reports or corrects unsafe working
conditions. o Display knowledge of all related safety or security
regulations. o Follow safety and security procedures on the job.
