Job Description Job Description Material Handler Sorrento Valley, CA Growing Medical Device Company ? 11:00 AM Start Time -7:30 PM end time $22 – $24 per hour What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you’ll help keep manufacturing operations running smoothly by managing incoming materials and supporting production needs. Receive and process deliveries from UPS, FedEx, and Amazon (some pallets) Break down pallets and properly store materials Unpackage, label, and organize parts for inventory Perform cycle counts once or twice per week Enter and track inventory using NetSuite (ERP system) Communicate with teams via Outlook email Support manufacturing in a Kanban environment by picking, packaging, labeling, and delivering materials Manage interdepartmental material transfers What We’re Looking For Required: Experience with shipping & receiving or warehouse operations Inventory control experience and familiarity with ERP systems Comfortable using pallet jacks and picking materials Strong attention to detail with accurate counting and data entry Ability to handle dry ice and work in cold room environments Nice to Have: Cold chain or medical device experience Experience with basic warehouse equipment and operations Flexibility to take on new tasks as needed Schedule & Pay Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM Overtime: 1–2 hours per day as needed (No more than 10 hours total per day) Weekends: No regular weekend work currently Mandatory 2?day weekend work in May for inventory audits Pay Rate: $22 – $24/hr , based on experience Work Environment Medical device manufacturing and warehouse setting Cold storage areas down to ?20&degree;C PPE provided Team?oriented, production?focused environment Why Apply? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
