Job Description:

Putzmeister, a leader in providing top-tier construction and mining machinery globally, is seeking a dedicated Parts & Service Coordinator. This role focuses on coordinating the parts and service operations necessary to support our complex pumping, mixing, and placing machinery. This position is pivotal in ensuring effective service delivery and exceptional client support by managing parts inventory, scheduling maintenance services, and collaborating with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Manage and maintain stock levels of parts and equipment necessary for service operations. Coordinate scheduling of repairs and routine maintenance for machinery with service technicians and clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of high-quality parts. Track warranties, returns, and service contracts to optimize cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Implement and oversee comprehensive service records and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Assist clients with queries regarding parts specifications, service schedules, and troubleshooting guidance. Periodically review and analyze maintenance processes and parts usage to propose improvements or cost-saving measures. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of supply chain logistics and inventory management. Proficiency in using service management software and database systems. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification from the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) or similar is preferred. Technical certification in automotive or machinery maintenance is beneficial.
