Location: Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, or San Francisco (Hybrid)

and other major U.S. markets. The firm represents developers,
contractors, and design professionals in complex litigation matters
and provides associates with meaningful case responsibility and
long-term growth opportunities within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities Manage litigation matters through all phases, from
initial evaluation through trial Develop and execute case strategy
and risk assessment Conduct examinations under oath, take and
defend depositions, and manage written discovery Draft and argue
motions; appear at hearings and mediations Provide detailed
liability and damages analysis to clients Supervise and mentor
associates, paralegals, and support staff Review and finalize
pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Qualifications JD
from an accredited law school Active California Bar license in good
standing Minimum 4 years of civil litigation experience Ability to
independently manage cases with minimal supervision Experience
advising clients on strategy and resolution options Strong
leadership, communication, and analytical skills Compensations &
Benefits Base salary $140,000–$190,000 plus performance-based bonus
