This role is critical for ensuring the effective management and coordination of electromagnetic spectrum usage to support advanced communications systems and operational capabilities in aerospace and defense technologies. This position involves strategic planning, frequency allocation, interference analysis, and the development of spectrum management policies to ensure compliance with federal and international regulations. The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of RF technologies and spectrum regulatory environments, and will be instrumental in helping Vantor, Inc. maintain technological superiority in the digital space. Develop and implement strategies for efficient spectrum usage and management. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to secure spectrum access and compliance. Analyze and resolve frequency interference issues and manage spectrum conflict resolution. Support the design and modification of systems to ensure spectrum compatibility. Prepare technical and regulatory documentation related to spectrum assignments and usage. Stay updated on new technologies and changes in spectrum regulations to ensure adaptive and forward-thinking management practices. Strong understanding of RF technology and spectrum usage. Proficiency with spectrum analysis tools and software. Knowledge of national and international spectrum regulatory environments. Ability to liaise and negotiate with government and commercial entities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
