Job Description Job Description Start the New Year off right! Currently looking for an HR Coordinator. Key responsibilities includes process product payments and support operating invoice payments. Daily: Post job openings on internal job boards. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and interview team. Initiate and track background checks; update candidates once clearance is confirmed. Collaborate with the Human Resources Generalist to prepare materials for new hire orientation. Schedule orientation sessions and ensure calendar invites are sent to all relevant parties. This position is based out of the City of Industry and offers. • Work/life Balance • Employee Benefits • Starting base at $62K Client is looking to interview and start immediately. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization. (Must be Bilingual English/Spanish). Outstanding problem solving, time management, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Effective planning and organizational skills as they relate day to day HR activities.
