Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Workday Compensation capability area and assist with
other HR functions
Collaborate with the Compensation/Total Rewards Team on global
merit, bonus, and stock cycle deployments
Lead requirements analysis, solutions design, and product delivery
for Workday and HR systems modifications
Required Qualifications
BA degree and 12+ years of relevant compensation experience;
Workday knowledge preferred
Experience supporting merit cycles as a business analyst/project
manager
3+ years of experience in configuring and maintaining Workday,
particularly in Advanced Compensation
Additional experience in Workday modules such as Performance,
Talent, Benefits, and Recruiting is beneficial
Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate across all
organizational levels
