Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Director for
North America & LATAM with Spanish/English fluency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the regional compensation and benefits team,
overseeing deliverables and performance management
Design and implement regional compensation and benefits plans
tailored to the Latin American market
Manage corporate compensation programs, including job leveling and
annual salary review processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related
field, or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits program
management in an international context
3+ years of leadership experience managing a team and operational
budget
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations specific to
Latin America
Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems, preferably
Workday
