Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to prepare and
process bi-weekly payroll for employees and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process twice-monthly payroll for 250+ employees and
contractors
Ensure accurate payroll information and manage timecards using
HR/payroll software
Assist HR with new hire paperwork and maintain confidentiality of
sensitive information
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of payroll experience required; experience with
Quickbooks preferred
Working knowledge of Google Workspace products (Gmail, Google Docs,
Google Sheets)
