Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to support
in-house payroll processing remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and calculate payroll overpayments for active and
terminated employees
Prepare W2c's and respond to payroll inquiries from employees,
internal business units, and third-party vendors
Maintain support for audits and Sox compliance as necessary
Required Qualifications
Accounting knowledge
Experience with PeopleSoft
Strong analytical skills
Ability to handle payroll-related inquiries
Experience with tax balance adjustments and deductions
