Job Description Job Description The Restaurant Manager oversees daily front-of-house operations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role focused on leadership, service excellence, and maintaining Bettolino Kitchen’s standards of quality, professionalism, and warmth. The Manager works closely with ownership, the kitchen team, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and a consistently high level of service. Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 yearly Responsibilities: Guest Experience Ensure every guest receives warm, attentive, and consistent service Address and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly Maintain a welcoming, organized, and polished dining room Oversee reservations, waitlists, and table flow during service Team Leadership Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house staff Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching team members Set clear expectations for service standards, appearance, and conduct Step in as needed during service to support the team Daily Operations Open and/or close the restaurant as scheduled Ensure appropriate staffing levels for each shift Monitor service pacing and communication between FOH and BOH Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards Administrative & Business Support Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and labor management Handle cash, tips, and end-of-day reports as needed Support private dining events, large parties, and special services Communicate operational needs and feedback to ownership Qualifications: Previous restaurant management experience or strong lead server experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and strong multitasking skills Passion for hospitality and guest service Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays OpenTable experience Toast POS experience a plus About Company At Bettolino Kitchen, we believe our team comes first.
