Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outbound Coordinator, Predict.
Key Responsibilities
Place 100+ outbound calls to members and respond to inbound
inquiries
Educate prospective members on the benefits of enrolling in digital
physical therapy services
Provide concierge-level service and maintain accurate notes in the
data system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
2 years of inside sales experience preferred
Experience in cold calling or call center preferred
Ability to navigate across technology platforms
Excellent interpersonal skills
