4-Diamond Hotel, featured in the Top 10 of all Meeting Hotels in
the United States per Cvent.We are currently seeking an experienced
and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and
Beverage Supervisor.Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional service delivery in all food and beverage
outlets, maintaining the highest standards of quality and guest
satisfaction.
- Supervise and assist the F&B team to exceed guest
expectations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to F&B staff, fostering a
positive and collaborative work environment.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and
professionally.
- Work closely with the F&B Manager to implement improvements
based on guest feedback.
- Ensure that all food and beverages meet quality standards and
comply with health and safety regulations.The wage for this
position is $30.50 per hour. This is the pay range for this
position that Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego reasonably expects
to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a
number of factors, such as experience and education.Hyatt

- Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar
supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, service techniques,
and industry trends.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts
diplomatically.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft
Office Suite.
