Job Description Providence St. Jude Heritage Medical Group is
seeking a full-time Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join the established
team in Fullerton, California. This is a great opportunity to be
part of a larger multidisciplinary medical group of 400 physicians.
Join this dedicated and collegial group while residing in sunny
southern California. Position Details: Full-time; 36 hours per week
schedule 2 surgical days and 2.5 clinic days Surgery volume is
split between 30% main hospital OR, 40% ambulatory surgery and 10%
in clinic procedures 1 in 10 on call rotation is required; position
takes general ortho call 25 to 30 patients per day in clinic 9
surgeons and 8 APPs in the group Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation is between $500,000 and $878,000 per year Guaranteed
salary for 2 years and annual bonus program Position eligible for
Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Excellent benefits package
offered including Medical, Disability, Retirement, etc. Sign-on
bonus and relocation assistance available Eligible to become a
shareholder after 2 years with added shareholder benefits The
posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and
may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and
performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and
other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In
addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other
benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that
this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is
subject to variation due to the factors noted above. Qualifications
& Requirements: New graduate fellows will be considered
Board-certified or Board-eligible required Fellowship training in
