Job Description Primary Care Physician Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Victorville, CA Starting at $350,000 (Negotiable) Sign-On Bonus Relocation Assistance No On-Call Responsibilities We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice serving a diverse patient population from birth through geriatrics. This is a stable, collaborative group with strong clinical infrastructure and an excellent compensation model. Current team includes 3 Primary Care Physicians and 5 NP/PAs, creating a supportive, team-based environment with strong APP collaboration. Schedule Full-time, in-person 4x10-hour days preferred (5x8-hour option available) Target minimum: 22 patients per 10-hour day No assigned on-call responsibilities Practice Environment Outpatient-only setting Strong nurse triage and telephone support APP-supported pediatric coverage Collaborative team culture Established patient base Internal Medicine and Pediatrics-trained candidates are encouraged to apply. Pediatric visits are supported by Advanced Practice Providers when needed.
