Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
12-hour shifts with 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio; floating between
like units required; 24 hours of orientation provided Highlights:
Work at a 377-bed acute care Magnet facility with a strong
reputation for nursing excellence Experience circulating for
cesarean sections in the operating room in a busy Labor & Delivery
unit Epic charting system used throughout the facility Free parking
available on-site First-time travelers welcome with minimum 2 years
of L&D experience 13-week assignment with guaranteed hours
(facility may call off once per two-week pay period) Requirements:
Active California RN license (must be in hand prior to submission)
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, Advanced AWHONN, and LA Fire Card
(within last 30 days) Epic charting experience required Experience
at a facility with at least 200 deliveries per month preferred
Proficiency circulating for cesarean sections in the operating room
Must be willing to float between similar units and work 3 of 5
major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New
Year's Eve, New Year's Day) Two supervisory references covering one
