Observe, record, and report patient symptoms, reactions and changes. Perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, palliative or preventative nursing care. One to one in home skilled nursing for pediatric patient Shift Weekday Afternoon Shifts between 3:00pm to 9:00pm 1 Weekend Day Shift (6-8 hours) Requirements: Must have a current CA - LVN license Must have current CPR certification Access to reliable transportation New Grads are welcome, we can train One year of experience preferred Pediatric experience and/or home health experience preferred Pay depends on overall experience level Benefits 401K matching Sick time PTO Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, & Pet Insurance Flexible schedules Cell phone allowance Quarterly in-service trainings
