Position Overview We're looking for an Elder Abuse Attorney who is passionate about protecting seniors and holding negligent facilities accountable. If you know elder law, understand the realities of nursing home care, and want to take on cases that truly matter, we'd love to talk. Responsibilities - Represent clients in elder abuse and neglect cases - Investigate claims involving nursing homes and care facilities - Draft and file complaints, motions, and briefs - Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients and families - Work with medical experts on issues like bedsores, neglect, and standard of care - Stay current on elder law and related regulations Qualifications - JD and active state bar license - 3 years in elder law, personal injury, or related work - Experience handling elder abuse cases - Strong knowledge of nursing home standards and medical issues like ulcers and neglect - CELA or NAELA membership is a plus - Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
