DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Clinic-based, 3-tier supervision (you will not have your own caseload) Participate in weekly Supervision Meetings Optional: Lead ABA Program Supervisors. Supervise and train: BTS, RBTs Use Organizational Behavior Management to manage the team Conduct FBA's (EFL, VB-MAPP), write Assessment Reports Develop pro-active business solutions Write and monitor performance plans Manage Correspondence with Clients, Program Supervisors, Clinical Directors, others.
