- 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP
About the Position The Home Health RN provides skilled nursing care
to patients in their homes. The nurse assesses, plans, and
implements individualized care plans while collaborating with
physicians, therapists, and caregivers. The role focuses on
improving patient outcomes, managing chronic conditions, and
educating patients and families about healthcare needs.
Requirements Requirements Active RN License in [State] or compact
license Minimum 1–2 years of recent nursing experience , preferably
in home health, hospital, or clinical setting BLS required ;
additional certifications (ACLS, PALS) preferred Benefits Medical &
