with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Case Manager RN in Mission
Hills, California, 91345! This Registered Nurse – Case Manager
position is a 13-week travel assignment at Providence Health and
Services in Mission Hills, CA. The RN will work day shifts (5x8
hours, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) and is responsible for care coordination,
discharge planning, and case management in an acute care hospital
setting. Experience & Skills: Minimum 2 years acute care hospital
Case Manager experience performing care coordination and discharge
planning. Experience with InterQual criteria , DRG, and CMS
regulations. Must be able to organize and participate in family
meetings , develop treatment plans, and arrange services like DME,
SNF, and ambulance transport. Must float between facilities within
the state as required. Familiarity with Epic charting system
(required). Travel experience required; first-time travelers may be

(Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day) Other
Requirements: Acute care hospital experience is a must; do not
screen clinicians with only behavioral health experience . Must
complete 40 hours of pre-start orientation and any required
modules. Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius .
