Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Industry
Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a global team focused on industry expertise in
AECO, D&M, and M&E sectors
Develop and execute strategies to enhance seller and partner
understanding of customer challenges and value propositions
Design and deliver diverse enablement programs using workshops,
live training, and innovative engagement methods
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or
certifications in Education, Business, or a related field is a
plus
7 years of experience in sales enablement, industry enablement, or
program management, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS
environment
3 years of experience leading high-performing, globally distributed
teams
2 years of people management experience
Deep understanding of enablement frameworks and adult learning
principles
