Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Production Manager, Audiobook
Production (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support audiobook production from pre-production
through final asset delivery
Ensure consistency in audio quality and oversee vendor performance
and delivery expectations
Coordinate schedules, troubleshoot issues, and manage project
pipelines using production management tools
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in audiobook production with increasing
levels of responsibility
Proven experience managing staff, including other managers or team
leads
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workflows using production
management tools
Working knowledge of audio production tools and quality control
practices
Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional
experience
