Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Omnichannel
Operations Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and evolve the capability roadmap for patient/prospect
engagement within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Translate journey and use case requirements into actionable
platform and data needs in collaboration with IT and execution
partners
Lead triage and troubleshooting for platform and campaign issues,
ensuring seamless integration and operation of direct-to-consumer
capabilities
Required Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's
degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or
Associate's degree and 10 years, or High School Diploma/GED and 12
years of relevant experience
5+ years of experience in digital marketing operations or
omnichannel campaign enablement
Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and its
components
Strong understanding of data architecture and privacy compliance
frameworks
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a regulated
industry
