Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Back End Service
Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee A/R & Denials Management Client Delivery functions and
ensure maximum client satisfaction
Develop and implement department strategies and standard operating
procedures to exceed client expectations
Monitor Client Delivery KPIs and individual performance metrics to
identify and address potential client issues
Required Qualifications
7+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate level
or above in Excel
Experience in managing multiple priorities and time management
Ability to contribute to team culture and support efficiency
improvements
