Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Property Management in the
Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants and
vendors, addressing concerns and ensuring lease compliance
Oversee projects and review operating expenses in accordance with
company policies
Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenses, and submit required
reports in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
Graduated cum laude or better from university is preferred
Prior experience in a commercial real estate company is
required
Minimum of 5-10 years of broad-based commercial property management
experience
Good understanding of contracts, leases, and leasing objectives
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Yardi is a plus
