A company is looking for an Operations Manager, Patient
Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and refine patient payment collection processes and manage
vendor relationships
Define and monitor key performance indicators, analyze collection
trends, and drive annual collections growth
Lead and mentor a team of patient collection specialists while
overseeing patient communication platforms
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or
related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations or
medical billing
3+ years of leadership experience managing patient collections
teams
Demonstrated success in improving collections performance and
vendor oversight
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with medical
billing software and EHR systems
